Ours is a multiproduct manufacturing company having six manufacturing plants and global customer network. We cater to diverse sectors such as automobile, boiler & heat exchangers, energy, oil and general engineering. To enable faster and sustained growth we wished to define the strategic focus and goals for our steel tube business which is key contributor to our revenue.
CerveauSys conducted organizational diagnostic to understand strategic strengths and challenges of our organization from internal and external perspectives. Integrating the results of diagnostics CerveauSys Experts conducted mission workshop, facilitated brainstorming and helped us in defining our strategic focus and goals using balanced score card framework. CerveauSys identified the gaps and challenges that may create impediment to strategic execution and recommended specific initiatives and ideas for performance improvement in such areas.
In this entire exercise we found Dr. Soniya and her team to be very dedicated & result oriented in their approach.
This initiative provided us valuable grass root level data pertaining to present level people perceptions, suggestions, strengths and weaknesses of various organizational systems/ processes with key recommendations and ideas to resolve specific issues. This exercise enabled our teammates in sharing their concerns, views, ideas thereby encouraging healthy discussions, ideations leading to greater motivation. The CerveauSys Recommendations Report provided enriched perspective and effective contents for our Business plans for FY 2013-2014.
